Our pizza and pizza rolls are made from fermented yeast doug (sourdough).

To prepare our dough, we use three different top world-famous flours, yeast with very little fresh yeast and – of course – our fresh local Gorenjska water. Yeast is a natural leavening agent, a simple mixture of flour and water that eventually begins to ferment at a certain temperature.

 

The dough we use for our pizza rises for at least 48 hours. The result of a long rise is a digestible dough that will make you feel rested and not bloated. Bon Appetit at Pizzeria Orli. Welcome!
